only to the Chief Justice, Colonial Secretary, Attorney

General, Secretary for Chinese Affairs, Financial

Secretary, D.P.W., and Puisne Judge.

The considerations set forth by the Governor

seem to me to justify this proposal fully, and I

suggest that it may be approved, the terms of

appointment for the remaining super-scale posts being

altereu accordingly.
